A cyclist dies run over in Tarragona

According to the newspaper reports the national.cat, on May 26, there has been anew fatal accident  on the Catalan roads.

Around half past four in the afternoon a car has run over a cyclist, who has ended up dying, andn the kilometer 2 of the TP-3311 road in Santa Bàrbara, in Montsià. This road passes through the middle of the urban nucleus of this municipality of Terres de l'Ebre

As reported to the Catalan Traffic Service, for causes still under investigation, a tourist has fatally run over a cyclist.

As a result of the incident, four patrols of the Mossos d'Esquadra have been activated, three crews of the Generalitat Firefighters and two ambulances and the medicalized helicopter of the Medical Emergency System (SEM)

More than 40 dead on Catalan roads

With this victim, 42 people have died in a traffic accident this year on the interurban road network in Catalonia.
