The Tour will kick any team that has two Covid positives
They are clear that what they want is to create a "bubble around the race through sanitary measures and tests"
The organization Tour de Francia that will be played shortly has sent a statement to the teams that will participate in the test with some regulations to fight against Covid-19.
Among them stand out is that will be expelled from the race to those teams that have 2 confirmed cases, or have symptoms. This influences both cyclists and Staff
They are clear that what they want is to create a “bubble around the race through sanitary measures and test"
Other measures adopted are these:
- Limit to 30 people, the maximum number of staff for each team
- All staff will have to pass as minimum 4 test during the competition.
- Cyclists will have to complete a questionnaire about your health twice a day and keep a health diary
- They must bring their face masks inside the team bus
These measures will not be limited to the dates on which the race is held, but will take effect from August 26.
