The countdown begins for FIAT MTB 4 Stations: Wine Route

Less than a week, there are already 1.200 enrolled in the popular test of San Martín de Valdeiglesias.

The next March 30 will take place FIAT MTB 4 Stations: Route of wines, proof that it celebrates its third edition and that it will welcome a large number of participants. This non-competitive test, with 1.200 registered so far, will be the second in the MTN 4 seasons calendar and will keep the deadline open until next Thursday's 27 in March.

The Madrid town of San Martín de Valdeiglesias will host the popular test that will offer all participants the chance to enjoy a privileged environment and that will consist of two routes that vary in number of kilometers and difficulty.

The white wine route will be the shortest (34 km), and therefore the most bearable, offering the possibility to less experts to be part of this great experience. On the other hand, for the most professionals it is the red wine route (60 km), a route that gets complicated in its second stage, putting the bikers who want strong emotions to the limit. Both routes will depart from the sports center of San Martín de Valdeiglesias, will be organized in two batches with half an hour difference between the two to avoid crowds. At 10.00h the group will leave the red wine route and at 10.30h the group will leave the white wine route.

The white wine runs through the track and the hardest part is to start since the first 15 kilometers are trending upwards, not very steep but if it continues, these 19 are followed by more, with breaks rompepiernas and down to Complete the 34 kilometers of the test. At the end of this first part, the bikers of the red wine route will continue through a much more technical and complicated area that will complete the 61 kilometers of their route.

There will be five refreshment zones; the first one will be located in km. 17 and 22 and will be common for both tours, participants will find isotonic drink, water, fruit, energy bars, glucose gel of rapid assimilation and Shimano technical assistance. The third refreshment point will be in km. 34 coinciding with the end of the white wine tour and the beginning of the second part of the red wine. In addition, the red route will have another two points of provisioning in the km. 44 and 56
