GF Events formed by Polar Gran Fondo La Mussara, Škoda, Gran Fondo Priorat and Gran Fondo Andorra MTB presents its most ambitious project: GF Live.
A digital platform, associated with STRAVA, which aims to bring together all lovers of cycling. Through this project, Great Fund jump the barrier of cyclists' marches with the objective of be alive the 365 days of the year.
Strava new technological partner of GF Events
Strava is the social network for athletes. Its mobile applications and web pages connect every day to millions of people who practice an activity. All athletes are part of Strava, regardless of where they live, what sport they practice or what device they use.
Outings, challenges and prizes
The GF Live platform recoge the kilometers of all the exits and trainings that each one of its members climbs to Strava. Once registered in GF Live, the members of this community only have to worry about giving pedals, the synchronization between GF Live and Strava is totally automatic.
In GF Live the experience is experienced every day through the monthly challenges in which there are two things at stake: Get the challenge and opt for a prize. Once again Great Fund prioritizes experience over classification and the prizes are awarded by lottery among all the participants that manage to overcome the challenge of each month.
Goodbye to the traditional timing system
GF Live will allow not only to reunite the cycling community, but also to use Strava as a method of timing for the three races of this season. The chip concept, totally linked to the competition, disappears and gives way to the GF Live experience. An authentic revolution that comes to the bicycle touring hand of Gran Fondo and Strava.
