The first professional cycling race in Europe has been done in secret

Last Wednesday, the Challenge Klatrekongen Fuel of Norway a professional test in Norway and the first that has been held in Eruopa after Covid-19.

According to todaycycling.com, the test is organized by the by the sports director of the Ineos Gabriel Rasch and the organizer of the Tour of Norway Birger Hungerholdt and not on the calendar of the International Cycling Union (ICU)

"TheThe reason we keep it a secret is because we don't want to have a large audience. We try to keep it closed so that we can do this properly and safely.»Says Hungerholdt.

Norway has been in lockdown since March 12 and has suffered 8.168 cases and 229 deaths from the coronavirus.

This race has been held in the format of an individual escalation.

The first stage was a time trial 4,1 kilometers with an average slope of 7,1%, which gained Andreas Leknessund (One-X) with 10 minutes and 12 seconds
