Kona 2019 analysis: Jan Frodeno's swimming and the third best marathon in Anne Haug's history make them take the title

In the marathon of 2: 42: 43, it was slower than other winners (1: 12 slower than Lange in 2018) but it earned him the victory and the test record with a final time of 7: 51: 13 .

Anne Haug gets the third best time ever in the marathon
As for the female event, the German Anne Haug he achieved victory with a great marathon sector completing the 4 2km in 2:51:07, the third fastest time ever in Kona. The record is held by Mirinda Carfrae with 2:50:26 in 2014.
The British Lucy Charles I dominated practically the entire test until in kilometer 30 of the race Haug overtook it.
