IRONMAN 70.3 Marbella, Alcúdia-Mallorca and Barcelona are postponed

The 3 tests move to October

IRONMAN has sent a statement, explaining the postponement of its mid-distance tests.

Following the guidelines and recommendations of public health agencies they have decided to postpone testing for safety.

Our greatest commitment is the safety and well-being of our entire community in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We have been following, and will continue to do so, all guidelines and recommendations from public health agencies and local authorities. Therefore, we can confirm that:

In what continues to be a changing and unpredictable situation globally, we understand the drawbacks that postponement of dates can cause due to the reasons mentioned above.

We appreciate your understanding and are happy to report the new dates for 2020:

  • The IRONMAN 70.3 Marbella will take place on October 25, 2020.
  • The IRONMAN 70.3 Alcúdia-Mallorca will take place on October 31, 2020.
  • The IRONMAN 70.3 Barcelona will take place on October 4, 2020.

All athletes registered in the event will receive an email with all the details. While we are unable to hold the event on the original date, we look forward to providing athletes with some great races in the future.
