Cameron Brown will look for his 13º victory and the 21º podium at the IRONMAN New Zeland

The New Zealander has managed to get on the podium in 20 in a row, 13 of them at the top

This next March 2 is a new edition of the IRONMAN New Zeland where the New Zealander Cameron Brown (46 years) will look for what could be his thirteenth victory in the test. Last year Brown was third where he got his 20º consecutive podium in this test

In the list of departure is his compatriot  Terenzo Bozzone, winner of last year besides the North American Andrew StarykowiczTim Reed o Braden Currie winner in 2017. It should be noted that Bozzone, last year suffered a run over while training in July and at the end of the year he achieved a victory in the  IM 70.3 of Sydney and soon after in the IM from Australia.

In the female category, the favorite is the British Laura Siddall, winner in 2018, where you will see the faces with Teresa Adam y Joycelyn McCauley  the first three of last year.

In the race the pass to Kona 2019 will be in struggle, where the winners of the race will get the pass directly. Keep in mind that Bozzone, is already classified after his victory in the IM Australia where he got out of the 8 hours so if he wins the place he will go to the second place. In addition this test has additional 2 slots so you can classify two more professionals.

The test will start on Saturday 2 of March at 6: 45 local time 18: 45 Spanish time and can be followed live through the official IRONMAN website.
