IRONMAN has confirmed that the North American will be on the starting line of the next edition of the IRONMAN of Hawaii

Chris Nikic made history last November by becoming the first triathlete with Down syndrome at the end of IRONMAN Florida.

Nikic was the first triathlete with down syndrome to complete the IRONMAN distance, 3,8 km of swimming, 180 km of cycling and 42 km of running.

He completed the with a 16 time: 46: 09 ending within the official limit of the regulation that is at 17 hours.

IRONMAN confirmed on his social networks that Chris will be in Kona
