Clemente Alonso returns to the competition at Kalmar Ironman

After failing to finish the Ironman in Frankfurt the triathlete from Salamanca Clemente Alonso returns tomorrow Saturday to the competition at the Ironman in Kalmar in Sweden

Tomorrow, Saturday, the sixth edition of the Kalmar Ironman, city located southwest of Sweden next to the Baltic Sea. The competition consists of 3,8km of swimming to a single lap in the waters of the Baltic at a temperature of 19-20 degrees. Later 180km of cycling, with two different laps, one long 122 km and another shorter 58. One of the most spectacular points of the cycling segment is to cross the Öland bridge with more than 6km in length, one of the longest in Europe.
