The next 5 de Octubre is the date chosen for the dispute of the eighth edition of the IRONMAN 70.3 Lanzarote, but this time with a change of course that will allow you to enjoy the island competing in a medium distance triathlon.
The test will start with the 1,9 kilometers of swimming in Playa Blanca, to continue with the 90 kilometers of cycling for a demanding circuit passing through emblematic points of the island such as the Gulf, the road to Timanfaya, La Geria, Femés and back to Playa Blanca. The half marathon will also be in Playa Blanca, where the triathletes will travel the coast of the Atlantic Ocean (3/4 laps).
Swimming Segment
The swim segment takes place at Playa Dorada, Playa Blanca and consists of 1 back. +
