The Ironman 70.3 Cascais Portugal 2018 already has a date

The second edition of the Ironman 70.3 of Cascais will be played next 30 of September of 2017 where this 5 of October will open the inscriptions.
After the success of the first edition of this year where we had 7 Spaniards in the TOP 10, highlighting the second place achieved by Sara Löerh, the organization has announced the date for the 2018 year and the opening of the registration process.
The Villa de Cascais is one of the main tourist destinations in Portugal, it is located 30 kilometers west of Lisbon and just 20 minutes from Lisbon International Airport.
The test where the triathletes will face 1,9 km of swimming, 90 km of cycling and 21 km of running will offer participants the opportunity to enjoy some of the most beautiful triathlons in Europe.
The swimming will have the Fortaleza da Cuidadela in the background, it is one of the most spectacular in Portugal, and then in the 90 km of cycling enjoy the spectacular landscape of the Atlantic Ocean where you will cross the Sintra forest to return to Cascais along the highway Gincho Beach, “The place where the land ends and the sea begins”.
