This Saturday October 12 takes place in Kona (Hawaii) on IRONMAN World Championship 2019, where the best triathletes of the specialty are.

The test can be followed in direct through streaming and from our website. In this article we leave the approximate times of when the professionals will go through the most important points of the test.

Keep in mind that in Spain there are 12 hours more that should be added to the official schedule.

  • Departure Men: 6: 25 AM (18: 25 PM Spanish Time)
  • Departure Women 6: 30 Am (18: 30 PM Spanish Time)
  • Departure GGEE 7: 30 AM (19: 25 PM Spanish Time)

Step in the T1

  • First man in T1 7: 15 AM (19: 15 PM Spanish Time)
  • First woman in T1 7: 20 AM (19: 20 PM Spanish Time)

I pass through T2

  • First man in T2 11: 40 AM (23: 40 PM Spanish Time)
