The Galician triathlete after finishing the Ironman of Austria in 15ª position has practically obtained his pass for Kona.

With his participation in this test he is touching the 3.800 KPR points, which will allow him almost to the 100% to be among the first 50 of the ranking giving direct passport to Kona next October

Iván posted yesterday on his Instagram account:

"I already have my passport to Kona practically ready ???

Hard day, much more than I expected. Today I felt a bit weak and I thought about stopping and running another Ironman in 3 weeks, although better to finish and have the peace of mind to see you in Hawaii.

Now 3 months of training, rest and little movement. Gassss"

Currently Iván has counting the points of this 3.740 points test and is in the 30ª position of the KPR Ranking with participations in Kona 2016, Ironman 70.3 Barcelona, Ironman 70.3 Peru, and Ironman Austria. But confirmation is missing since the ranking is not yet updated
