Iván Raña will debut at the IRONMAN 70.3 Campeche

The Galician triathlete begins the season in this race that celebrates its third edition

Ivan Raña, the 2019 season will start with a IRONMAN 70.3 Campeche (Mexico) the next March 17. Galician aims to pass the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona.

On the start list we find the World Champion Frederick Van Lierde, Ben Hoffman, Michael Weiss Spanish will also be Victor Arroyo. At the moment the winner of last year Terenzo Bozzone  has not confirmed its participation. This test grants a direct pass to the IRONMAN World Championship 70.3 to the winners.

This year the Spaniards are already qualified for Kona Eneko Llanos y Clemente Alonso and Ivan will look for his seventh participation in the test.

In 1999, UNESCO named Campeche a World Heritage Site, for preserving with great care its cultural heritage that is of incalculable value.

Many tourists are attracted by the impressive archaeological sites located in the state, as well as by the beautiful historic center of the City. The wide variety of museums, craft shops, nightlife and restaurants offer excellent alternatives for tourists who are looking for more things than swimming, running and rolling.
