The Galician triathlete Iván Raña begins his 2017 season at the Ironman 70.3 in Peru where he is one of the main favorites to victory.

This next Sunday, April 23, the first edition of the Ironman 70.3 from Peru, in Lima, the capital of the Andean country. The organization has done a great job and all registrations were sold out with almost 2.000 competitors. It should be noted that Lima is one of the few world capitals where an Ironman circuit test is held, it is not common to see a test of this type in a city of more than 7.000.000 inhabitants, so the merit of the Organization of conducting this race is huge.
