Jan Frodeno takes out 6 minutes and a half to Patrick Lange in Ironman 70.3 of Kraichgau

Well today the double world champion, Jan Frodeno , has clearly imposed himself, achieving victory in a time of 3:49:05, beating his compatriot in 6 and a half minutes Patrick Lange (3: 55: 35) and the Australian Nicholas Kastelein (3: 57: 13 that I finish in third position

In the female category the winner has been Laura Philipp, winner of last year, with a time of 4: 20: 50 followed by Daniela Sämmler (4: 31: 16) e Yvonne van Vlerken (4: 43: 58).

The next duel where these two Capos will face will be in the Ironman of Frankfurt, Ironman European Championship, in just over a month.
