Jan Frodeno best “Ironman” record in history

The German has achieved the victory in Challenge Roth with a time of 7: 35: 39 lowering in almost 6 minutes the mark of Andreas Raelert.

 

The Olympic champion in 2008 and World Champion Ironman and Ironman 70.3 in 2015 Jan Frodeno has beaten in six minutes the record achieved by Andreas Raelert (7: 41: 33)

The third edition of 15 Challenge Roth started at 6: 30 in the morning with 3,8 km of swimming where the German Jan Frodeno He has mastered the test from beginning to end. He went swimming first with 1: 35 ahead of Nick Kastein.

In the 180 km of cycling he managed to stay in first position to arrive with about 11 minutes on Nils Frommhold and complete the marathon in 2: 53 getting the victory and the best time in Ironman with 7: 35: 39. The second classified was Joe Dr Sikpper (7: 56: 23) and third Nils Frommhold (7: 57: 49)
