Frodeno beats his personal best in the test with a 3 time: 45: 05

Yesterday one of the most anticipated face-to-face matches in the world of triathlon was played, where Jan Frodeno (double world champion Ironman and Olympic champion in 2008) and Lionel Sanders (current World Champion Challenge and ITU LD) met in the Ironman 70.3 OceanSide in California

Jan Frodeno made a spectacular career getting your best mark in the test with a time of 3: 45: 05 improving the one achieved in 2015 (3: 47: 08) three times ahead of the winner of the 2016 and 2017 Lionel Sanders (CAN), who finished second with a 3 time: 48: 58. The third one was Tim Reed (AUS) with a time of 3: 53: 08.

As for the female event, the German Anne Haug (current champion IM 70.3 of Lanzarote won the victory with a time of 4: 12: 03. Holly Lawrence (GBR) that was second (4: 16: 26) and Sarah True (USA) who took the third final position (4:21:53).
