Who will be the main rivals of Javier Gomez Noya in the Ironman of Cairns?

Seven days from the Ironman of Cairns we present the main triathletes with whom Javier Gómez Noya will compete in the IM Asia-Pacific Championship.

Terenzo Bozzone (New Zealand): The only one that all participants have managed to finish an 70.3 in front of Noya, last year in Barhein. This year he won the New Zealand IM and two 70.3 in just 15 days.

Tim O'Donnell (USA): 3º in the Hawaii Ironman 2016

Note: It is also inscribed Cameron Wurf, but his presence is an unknown. The Australian usually scores for many races and then cause low last minute.

Meanwhile Gurutze Friars is placed in the 41ª place of the KPR ranking where it has 2410 points, thanks to its results in the past IM of South Africa and to the points of last year in Kona and the 70.3 of Augusta. In the case of women, the limit to be able to enter the list of those chosen to compete in Hawaii is established around the 4000 points.
