Last weekend Javier Gómez Noya was running the 10 km of the Des Moines Triathlon in a time of 29: 20, proving that he is in a great moment of form for the Ironman World Championship 70.3
We wanted to analyze the race times on foot of Javier Gomez Noya both in medium distance races and in the main Olympic triathlons that he has run in recent seasons and his data are spectacular, his average times being sub 30 ′ in the 10km of the Olympic distance foot race and sub 1h12 ′ in the average Half distance triathlon marathon.
