Javier Gómez Noya faces the Ironman 70.3 World Championship with average times in 10 k sub 30 ′ and in 21 k sub 1h22 ′

Last weekend Javier Gómez Noya was running the 10 km of the Des Moines Triathlon in a time of 29: 20, proving that he is in a great moment of form for the Ironman World Championship 70.3 

We wanted to analyze the race times on foot of Javier Gomez Noya both in medium distance races and in the main Olympic triathlons that he has run in the last seasons and his data are spectacular, being his average times sub 30 'in the 10km of the foot race in olympic distance and sub 1h22' in the average marathon of the middle distance triathlons. 

29: 58 average time in 10 km

To calculate the average times in the 10 km of Olympic distance triathlons that Javi has run we have based on the most important races played in the 4 last seasons, in total have been 15 WTS between 2014 and 2017. His best record was in the grand finale of the 2015 WTS in Chicago where he stopped the 29 chrono: 06.

As far as mid-distance events are concerned, we have obtained the average of the 6 main triathlons that Javi has played from 2013. The best record was specifically in the 2014 World Championship where he was proclaimed world champion with the best time in the 1 walking race: 09: 27.
