Noya gets Victory in Des Moines, as a test for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship

Javier Gómez Noya It was the great attraction of the Des Moines triathlon, one of the most prestigious events on the US calendar, with an Olympic distance format but with the classic cycling route, the usual one in the USA.

The Galician decided to advance one week his trip to the USA to play on Saturday 9 of September the World Championship of ½ Ironman in Tennessee to do a test with the goat bike that is used with the classic regulation.

In Des Moines had already competed in 2012 and 2013, achieving both times the victory, hence his presence there was enthusiastically welcomed by the mudillo of American triathlon.

"I am very happy to have won again in Des Moines, both for the good memories that this triathlon brings me and for having served as a set-up for the next week's event. At the beginning of cycling it was hard for me to find the rhythm from there that I had to work harder than expected, which is why I had to work harder than expected to recover the lead on foot.".

Your career data was
