Bh Bikes presents the new Ultralight EVO Disc

BH Bikes continues with its firm commitment to the disc brake and presents one of the lightest bicycles in this segment

"Competition" and "innovation" are words that are written in the DNA of BH Bikes since its creation more than 100 ago. Two years ago the Ultralight EVO was presented as the lightest frame on the market without limiting weight for the user and last year saw the G7 Disc, defined by the brand as its most technologically advanced bicycle. The experience gained in these last two projects has made possible the creation of the new Ultralight EVO Disc.

The Ultralight EVO Disc maintains the minimalist philosophy of its predecessor, with a completely redesigned frame to deal with the forces generated in disc braking. Designed for high competition cycling, it is a reactive bicycle, agile and with a high degree of rigidity and lightness. The table is placed in the 790 grams of weight.

Set frame-fork Ultralight EVO Disc is manufactured using the technique "Hollow Core Internal Molding" with carbon Toray T24 reinforced with fibers "Pitch Fiber" in its most critical points, achieving extreme rigidity with an unbeatable weight. This manufacturing process allows to optimize the use of carbon fibers in each zone of the frame, using only the necessary material in each one of them. In this way the set is lightened to the maximum, providing the stiffness and resistance required at each point to achieve a frame with the highest performance.

One of the strengths of the Ultralight EVO Disc is its braking capacity, with unparalleled progressivity, smoothness and power even in the most unfavorable weather conditions. The rear and the fork have been designed for the use of the Shimano Flat Mount system, being compatible with both 140 and 160mm discs. In addition, 12mm through axles are used on both wheels to cope with the stresses generated during braking.

Other elements such as the BBNNUMXEVO BB386EVO and the 86,5mm wide bottom bracket provide a plus stiffness to the Ultralight EVO Disc. The frame and fork design allows a wheel passage for tires up to 30mm, achieving extra comfort and rolling quality.

Because of its geometry, it is a competition bicycle. With its short backside of 402mm it is very reactive in accelerations and thanks to his "slooping" he is very faithful in the descents and sharp turns. Get up on your feet, accelerate and feel to squeeze every watt of power you generate to the fullest!

The official presentation of the Ultralight EVO Disc will take place at the Eurobike fair, where you can learn about the different assemblies and prices.
