BH Bikes presents the new G7 Pro, the ideal choice for the most competitive cyclists looking to take the aero concept a step further.

Developed following the needs of the Direct Energie professional team, the new G7 Pro It has been a major challenge for the R & D department of the brand, as it has managed to combine the performance at high speeds of aero bikes with the lightness and agility of the climbers.

As usual, the new frame has been designed following the parameters set in the wind tunnel tests and fluid dynamics technology, achieving excellent results in terms of behavior and aerodynamics. In addition, when using Toray T80 and T50 carbon fibers, as well as Pitch Fiber in the critical parts, it has been possible to reduce the weight to 840 g (in size M), being one of the lightest aero frames on the market.

The fork of the G7 Pro has been designed to improve air flow, reducing the frontal friction surface. The steering tube has also reduced its friction surface by an 12%, which translates into a aerodynamic improvement that the cyclist will notice when he rolls at high speeds or with the wind against him.

New BH G7 Pro components

The main hallmark of the new G7 Pro is the Sloping Geometry, with a raised steering tube that offers greater comfort to the cyclist while the compact rear triangle gives the bike competition reactions. The particular design of the saddle tube seeks to place the center of gravity as low as possible to achieve maximum maneuverability, while the 402 mm sheaths guarantee a amazing acceleration capacity.

Other technological solutions that he presents are the  BB386 bottom bracket case, a standard developed by BH Bikes that provides ato great rigidity with the lowest possible weight, the adjustment of the seatpost with double screw (more aerodynamic and safe), the patented system to house the battery of the Di2 in the seat post, the braking anchor type Direct Mount (more rigid and efficient) that allows the use of covers up to 28 mm and a new internal cable guide, for mechanical or electronic groups, which facilitates maintenance and replacement tasks and guarantees maximum protection.

So that the aerodynamic benefit is optimal in each size, BH Bikes has developed 5 sizes of this model with an own design for each one of them, managing to keep the same stiffness and aerodynamic ratio in all.

The excellent performance of the new G7 Pro in the maximum competition of the Direct Energie team has already been verified, achieving the victory in the first stage and in the General of the 4 Days of Dunkirk with Sylvain Chavanel, as well as the second stage and the General of the Tour of Castilla y León with Jonathan Hivert.
