COROS PACE 4: the new ultralight GPS watch for demanding runners
The sports technology brand COROS has officially presented the PACE 4 , the fourth generation of its sports watch geared towards running and daily training.
The device, which comes with a lighter design, AMOLED screen and new smart features, aims to become the benchmark among endurance athletes seeking precision, autonomy and simplicity.
“The PACE 4 is the culmination of years of innovation with a single focus: performance,” explained Lewis Wu , CEO and co-founder of COROS. “We’ve improved upon what runners already loved about the PACE 3, making it brighter, more precise, and smarter, without sacrificing comfort or lightness.”
Minimum weight and maximum range
Weighing just 32 grams (using the nylon strap), the PACE 4 ranks among the lightest sports watches on the market. Its aerodynamic design minimizes distractions during activity, a key benefit for athletes training or competing over long distances.
One of the biggest improvements is in battery life , which now reaches up to 41 hours of use with GPS and 19 days of daily use , surpassing the previous model by 16 hours. This improvement addresses one of the main demands of users: more training time without the need for constant recharging.
AMOLED display and improved touch control
The new 1.2” AMOLED panel offers more vibrant colors, greater contrast, and excellent visibility even in direct sunlight. It also features a touch function that makes navigating menus and metrics easier without interrupting your workout.
The redesigned interface allows quick access to sports modes, history, alerts, or custom training plans.
Smart training with integrated voice
The PACE 4 features a new integrated microphone and recorder , allowing you to record " Voice Pins " or voice notes without interrupting your activity. This function is useful for saving feelings, strategies, or reminders about nutrition or pace.
It also includes race time prediction , marathon-specific plans , and the Virtual Pacer system , which helps maintain a target pace accurately in every session.
Among the advanced metrics are fitness score , heart rate variability (HRV) , sleep analysis , recommended recovery time , and effort monitoring.
Versatile design and full connectivity
The COROS PACE 4 maintains a low and elegant profile , combining durable materials with a design suitable for both training and everyday wear. It comes with interchangeable silicone or nylon straps and in a variety of colors.
The watch allows you to control music from the device itself and easily syncs with the COROS app, offering detailed statistics and compatibility with popular platforms such as Strava or TrainingPeaks.

The COROS PACE 4 is available from November 10, 2025 at a price of $249 USD , both at COROS.com/PACE4 and at authorized dealers worldwide.
