What are polarized lenses used for?

If you are a lover of outdoor sports and in particular practice triathlon, it is very important that you take care of your sight both in training and in competition, valuing the possibility of using polarized lenses. But what are polarized lenses?

The polarized lenses are solar lenses that eliminate the horizontal component of light, this component is responsible for causing annoying reflections when light hits horizontal surfaces such as asphalt, water or snow.

The effect that they produce in the view is of relaxation and total clarity to the eliminate parasitic reflections reflected on horizontal surfaces.

They are indicated for driving, asphalt sports and water sports (fishing, sailing, sailing, etc ...), I personally do not recommend them for snow since by polarizing the horizontal reflection, risks are taken with the ice sheets that have already cost more of a accident occasionally…

There are several colors, the most used are brown, green and gray, although there are already polarized lenses of other colors, including those with incorporated photochromic category 2 / 3.

It is an excellent lens, but for certain situations, and can graduate even in sports glasses and with progressive even.
