Triathlon News tested the Aero Tempo™
During our tests, the Skechers Aero Tempo™ stood out for their immediate sensation of speed.
From the very first kilometers, We noticed a combination of lightness and stability, Ideal for fast or progressive sets.
The HYPER BURST® Pro foam offers softness on impact and a firm response on takeoff, without sinking.
In triathlon transitions (T2), its light weight and wide opening They make it easy to put them on quickly.even without socks, although the upper may absorb some water after swimming, requiring a firm adjustment of the laces.
The extremely thin upper ensures Excellent ventilation, Although the heel may feel loose on narrow feet, especially after several hours.
We felt they run a bit large, so we suggest choosing half a size smaller in the EU.
On wet asphalt, the Goodyear® outsole It showed good grip, maintaining its stride on turns and slippery surfaces.

Our opinion
The Aero Tempo™ is a great choice for triathletes and runners looking for a a fast shoe without sacrificing stability.
They're not designed for gentle filming, but for controlled rhythm sessions (3:50-4:30 min/km), quality training or 5 to 21 km races.
Their strength lies in versatility: they combine responsiveness, grip and lightness without the punishment of elite super-shoes.
The loose heel is its biggest weakness, but this can be mitigated with adjustments to the laces or thin socks.
In terms of durability, the Goodyear sole showed minimal wear after several sessions, suggesting a lifespan of 400-600 km.
