Zwift Ride Launched: Zwift's New Indoor Smart Bike
This June 12, Zwift, the global online fitness platform, has announced the launch of Zwift Ride, a revolutionary bike indoor designed to optimize the indoor cycling experience.
This innovative bike, equipped with the Zwift Smart Frame and a smart trainer, promises to make using Zwift more comfortable and easier than ever.
Priced at €1.299, Zwift Ride is set to transform the way cyclists train at home.
Eric Min, CEO and co-founder of Zwift, highlighted: “We want to make Zwift easier by reducing the cost and complexity of hardware. Zwift Ride brings all the benefits of a smart bike to an incredibly affordable price.
It's clean, quiet, incredibly easy to set up and adjust, and gives you full control of Zwift from the comfort of your handlebars. Importantly, when I look at my Zwift Ride, it looks like it belongs at home.
I've been training with mine for months and I can't wait to share the experience with other Zwifters.”
Simplicity was a key feature in the design of Zwift Ride. The included 'Key Frame' is the only tool needed to assemble the Zwift Ride Smart Frame.
Once assembled, the 'Key Frame' stores safely on the top tube where it can be easily accessed to fit any rider. This makes Zwift Ride perfect for sharing with multiple users.

Navigating menus, giving RideOns, or using PowerUps is easy with the touch of a button.
Additionally, additional buttons at the base of the sticks can be configured in-game to provide additional shortcuts, such as Ride On and PowerUps, ideal when racing for the finish line.
The bike's integrated controllers also take care of all the essential riding controls.
The virtual shifting on the Zwift Ride is silent and delivers a perfect shift every time. With gears suited to every Zwift terrain, Zwifters can select their preferred shifting style: Shimano, SRAM or sequential.
Zwift Ride also aims to keep your essentials right where you need them.
Indoor training is very thirsty, so Zwifters will find two frame-mounted bottle cages, designed for indoors with an easy-access cageless design.
A tray at the front of the bike provides space to place food, towel and/or phone, ideal for having the Zwift Companion app and music close at hand. The rubber cover is non-slip and can be removed for easy cleaning.
An optional tablet mount is available for Zwifters using iOS or Android tablet devices.
Priced at €49.99, the tablet holder integrates perfectly with the front of the bike tray and holds the tablet securely using a quick release strap.
