1 month for Half Madrid 2023
A unique opportunity to compete in the middle distance in the Spanish capital
There is only one month left for the celebration of the Half Madrid.
On May 21, the capital of Spain will offer a great opportunity for triathlon lovers as they will be able to compete in a middle distance test in the city of Madrid.
The event, which is scoring for the National Ranking of Medium and Long Distance, It tells a spectacular tour of some of the most emblematic places in the city.
The Casa de Campo, the central zone
The central area of the competition will be located in theThe surroundings of the Casa de Campo lake, and will consist of two tests without drafting: Half and Short.

Distances
At Lóleo Eventos, test Half, lParticipants must complete:
- 800m swimming in the Casa de Campo lake
- 83 km of cycling in a single lap
- 19 km of running on foot, in a route that passes through the Huerta de la Partida, Madrid Río and ends at the Puente del Rey
While in the short test, athletes will face:
- 900m swim
- 40 km of cycling in a single lap
- 10 km of running, in the same scenarios as the Half test
The transition zone will be located on the Casa de Campo Lake Soccer Field, and the finish line on the Puente del Rey, with the impressive Royal Palace in the background.
800 registrations are expected
The participation of 800 registrants in total is expected, including both modalities, where those registered in the Half test will receive an exclusive jersey of the event.
In addition, trophies will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers of both modalities and clubs, as well as medals to the top three finishers of age groups.
