11 Spanish PRO triathletes at the IRONMAN in Barcelona
This Sunday, October 6, the tenth edition of the HOMBRE DE HIERRO Calella – Barcelona, one of the tests HOMBRE DE HIERRO most iconic in Europe.
Over 3.000 triathletes from 80 countriesThis edition promises to be one of the most crowded to date.
The professional career will feature 100 athletes, entre ellos 11 Spanish who will fight for victory and for a slot for the 2025 World Championships.

The Spanish at the IRONMAN Barcelona 2024
Among the Spanish triathletes who will compete in the men's category, names such as Mikel Ugarte, Víctor Arroyo, Paco de la Paz, Axel beci, Alex Alvarez, Juan Ignacio Villarruel, Ander Irigoyen, Julen Díez, and Vicenç Castellà.
In the female category, the Spanish Marta Sanchez, 29, is one of the main candidates to take the victory. After her outstanding performance with a sixth place At the World Championships in Nice on September 22, Sánchez has shown that he is in top form this year.
