18 days for the Duathlon Orihuela 90.0 Winds of the Town

The test will host the Spanish LD Duathlon Championship

The second test of the 2018 edition of the No Drafting Series circuit, the Duathlon Orihuela Winds of the Town, will be held on March 4 in Orihuela. Where this year will be again Spain Championship in the long-distance Duathlon mode.

The test distances are 16 km of running on foot, 66 km of cycling (760 D +) to finish with 8 km of running on foot

The Alicante town of Orihuela will welcome fourth consecutive year the Championship of Spain where in the 2016 and 2017 already captivated more than 500 duathletes who attended there to enjoy this duathlon already entrenched in the national calendar.

The race on foot takes place in the palm grove of Orihuela, the largest along with the Elche of southern Europe, as well as the monumental part of the city, where the participants of the famous Spanish Triathlon Championship 2011 for their Dantesque wind and cold conditions. The cyclist segment is flying, very fast, but it is full of steep slopes, specifically 16. A nice circuit breaks legs to enjoy it to the fullest around the reservoir of La Pedrera and the Sierra de La Escalona, ​​with the novelty of the climb to Rebate. 

This year it will also have a Sprint + distance (5-33-2,5) for all those who do not dare to take the step to the medium distance.
