This Saturday the city of Coimbra (Portugal) will once again host a Triathlon European Cup with competitions on sprint distance.

The test takes place in DownTown Coimbra, s the third city of Portugal and the "university city", since it has one of the oldest universities in Europe.

The swimming takes place in the Mondego river, the cycling segment with 4 laps of 5km will be very fast, on a flat and wide circuit. The 5km foot race runs along the banks of the river and is totally flat, with 2 laps of 2,5km.

In this competition there will be a wide Spanish representation with a total of 27 Spaniards.
