3 months for the Half Triathlon Festival, the MD of Asturias
The competition will have a specific competition for teams, where the time of the 4 best triathletes will be added.
The next July 14 will be held in Corvera de Asturias, a new edition of the Half Triathlon Festival, medium distance triathlon in Asturias
The distance in which they will participate will be 1,9 km of swimming, 84 km of cycling and 20 km of running on foot.
In another article we already talked about test routes, although in summary, the swimming will be held in the Trasona Reservoir, the 84 km cycling segment totally closed to traffic and with 694 meters of positive elevation gain, very little to be in Asturias, it will take place over three laps.
The test will end with the 20 km running sector (four laps of 5 km completely flat bordering the Reservoir in the town of Corvera. This reservoir has been chosen to host various international events such as the 2010 European Canoeing Championship.
The test will have a specific competition for teams, where the time of the 4 best triathletes of each team will be added with a prize for the winner of 500 €.
