450 € for being Spanish Champion of Medium Distance Triathlon
We analyze the cash prizes of medium distance tests in Spain.
Yesterday was played in Ibiza, the Spanish Media Distance Championship, a test in which they were imposed Helene Alberdi y Ander Okamika, getting the national title in the distance.
If you look at the awards that athletes receive for getting this title, it amounts to the figure of € 450 for first place, both in male and female categories.

If we compare, this prize with the previous year, in the MD Spanish Championship held in Guadalajara, the winners took € 1.125 and this year's figure with € 450 corresponds to the one that took the third place.

Comparison with Challenge and IRONMAN
As a curiosity we compile the cash prizes awarded in the latest tests of the CHALLENGE and HOMBRE DE HIERRO held in Spain.
For example, in CHALLENGE, Challenge Paguera-Mallorca has awarded 3.500 € to the winner both men and women (€ 19.000 total of all prizes in the event), adding points for the Bonus Challenge, where the winners will take € 25.000
For its part in IRONMAN, the IRONMAN 70.3 Lanzarote, gives the winner $ 5.000 for both men and women ($ 25.000 in the total of all event prizes), but without the option of a final Bonus.
