The 180 km cycling segment will be developed by the Sierra West where the mountainous relief predominates that gives way to other lower areas through which the Alberche and Perales rivers flow. The variety of landscapes, as well as the relief and the vegetal species that can be observed, are very valuable since this region runs between the 500 and 1500 meters of altitude.

The running route in the center will be 4 laps that runs mainly through the Main Street, La Cathedral of the Almudena, Royal Palace, Plaza of Spain, walk of Camoens and the Temple of Debod. At its end, on the last lap, the foot race will enter the Puerta del Sol for his arrival at "Km 0", where the Meta will be located.
