A 5 months of OCEAN LAVA: Spanish Long Distance Championship

An impressive volcanic landscape, a climate of eternal spring and in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean surrounded with its transparent and crystalline waters will be disputed the OCEAN LAVA

 

 

On a route of 3 km to swim to continue with 120 km of cycling and ending with 30 km of running, the spectacular Island of Lanzarote will dress up next Saturday 1 November to celebrate the fifth edition of OCEAN LAVA, that this year will be Spanish Long Distance Championship, in an impressive volcanic landscape, with a climate of eternal spring and in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean surrounded with its transparent and crystalline waters.

 

In addition, this test will also have another form of Olympic distance (1.5 swim - 42 cycling - 10 race on foot), giving the possibility to anyone who wants to enjoy the triathlon in pure state of being able to swim on these waters, travel the incredible roads of the island and enjoy an unbeatable race on foot surrounded by the great love and passion offered by the inhabitants of this island to the participating triathlete.

 

Hand in hand Kenneth Gasque, career director of Ironman Lanzarote and Ocean Lava, this event focuses its full attention on the participating athlete. Thousands of details are those that demonstrate the passion and dedication of Kennet in each of the events that it organizes, such as the wait for each of the participants to donate the finnisher medal, being in the case of OCEAN LAVA something even more special, by having a special medal of a larger size for the first of each age to reach the finish line.
