Alba Reguillo and Francisco Fernández-Cortes win the Triathlon Toledo is Triathlon
More than 300 triathletes competed in the third edition of this triathlon in the city of Toledo
Alba Reguillo y Francisco Fernández-Cortes have won the III Medium Distance Triathlon Toledo is Triathlon which was held this weekend in the regional capital with the participation of 300 athletes from 40 teams from the seventeen autonomous communities.
The victory in the women's event has been for Alba Reguillo Moreno followed by María Remedios Carrasco, and Marta García Carrasco occupying the third final position, while in the men's test, the first place was achieved Francisco Fernández-Cortes followed by Alberto González and by Fernando Barroso climbing to the third box of the podium
The swimming test took place in the Cazalegas reservoir, covering a distance of 1.900 meters. There was located the T1 where the cycling sector of 80 kilometers through a spectacular route and following the path of the Tagus river until reaching TOLEDO, to start the race on foot. The last sector of the test, the race on foot, of 21,095 km. It had 3 laps of 7 km, and finished in the enchanted capital of TOLEDO. A spectacle without equal.
