Alistair Brownlee wins the IRONMAN Kalmar and takes the Slot for Kona
The British triathlete Alistair Brownlee, has today won the IRONMAN Kalmar (Sweden).
With this victory he has shown that he is fully recovered after having won the 70.3 Swansea.
He has done it with a 7 time: 38: 48 followed byr Pieter Heemeryck (7: 47: 46) and for Franz Loechkle (7: 49: 18) in third position.
In addition, with this victory he has achieved his classification for the IRONMAN World Championship to be played in October in Hawaii.
