The double world and Olympic champion Alistair Brownlee, has participated this weekend in two consecutive competitions in less than 24 hours.
The first was yesterday with the dispute ITU World Championship in the WTS Hamburg , where he was very combative in the swimming segments, where he was first, and in the cycling segment, pulling the leading group. He was finally ninth
As soon as he finished, he got on a plane to fly to England where he has competed in the Helvellyn Triathlon (Olympic distance) one of the UK's toughest triathlons in Olympic distance with ramps in the 20% cycling segment.
In this test he was the fastest in the water and on the bike and he took the victory after a great competition
