Ana casares and Jon Erguin, Champions of Spain winter triathlon

El Spanish Winter Triathlon Championship landed on Saturday 26 from January in Reinosa, a competition that was held within the framework of the XXVI edition of the Triathlon of Reinosa-Alto Campoo. where they have been imposed in female elite category Ana Casares and in the male elite category Jon Erguin, proclaiming themselves champions of Spain of the modality.

The Navarra has dominated the competition from beginning to end, entering the finish line with an advantage of almost two minutes over the second classified. In Male category and for the second consecutive year, Jon Erguin has conquered the Spanish Winter Triathlon Championship.

Erguintriathlete Trigoi TT club, has stood out especially in the stretch of 9,6 km of cross-country ski, achieving the victory and thus revalidating the title in this modality. Behind, Egoiz Zalakain, the Atlético San Sebastián, came second to just two minutes from Erguin. As long as Raúl Roda (Hiruki Valley of Egüés de Triatlón) obtained the bronze medal.

The victory in Women's Clubs has been for the CT Devils of Rivas. The Madridians have been accompanied on the podium by the components of the CN Prat-Triatlo in second position and those of Trionix in third place.

In Men category, the podium was composed in first position by the Hiruki Valley of Egüés of Triathlon. Meanwhile he CT Devils of Rivas and Trigoi TT, achieved the second and third place respectively.
