Approved the official headquarters of the Valencian Triathlon Federation 2022

The Assembly of the Federation of Triatló of the Valencian Community today approved the official venues that will make up the official calendar for the 2022 season.

Next season we will be able to enjoy a total of 35 official venues.

As for regional championships, a total of 16 will be held, taking place, for example, the Sprint Duathlon in Vila-real, the Sprint Triathlon in Oropesa and the Olympic Triathlon in Alicante.

The Liga de Clubs TRICV Caixa Popular 2022 will have 6 venues that will be played in different modalities, there will be duathlon and relay triathlon, duathlon and team triathlon, and individual duathlon and triathlon.

The three provincial circuits will have 21 scoring venues, seven for each province. Finally, the TRICV No Drafting Cup will have a total of five tests.

The Aquabike debuts on the TRICV calendar

 For the first time the calendar of the Federació de Triatló de la Comunitat Valenciana will feature an Aquabike event.

This modality will be organized within the Ican Triathlon Alicante event and will be the Autonomous Championship. The distances to be completed will be 1.900 meters of swimming and 90 km of cycling.

Also, the circuit returns Mediterranean Triathlon, where there will be competition in Alicante, Castellón and València. The latter will host the World Cup one more year.

The Cheste Duathlon will open the 2022 competition calendar

 On January 9, the first test of the next season will be held at the Cheste Duathlon.

The competition, which will be played in team mode, will be the Regional Championship and will be scored for the League of Clubs TRICV Caixa Popular. Registration will open on December 9 at 17:XNUMX p.m..

2022 will be the year of implementation of the Unique Bib for adults.

 With the start of the new season, the adults federated in the Valencian Community will have a unique number to compete in the tests of our autonomy.

Each triathlete will be given 2 participant numbers, 1 swimming cap and 1 number for the bicycle, and the cost of all the material will be € 5, which will be paid together with the license.

As a novelty, too, the obligation to pass the medical examination is withdrawn to be able to federate, and agreements with sports centers and clinics will be strengthened to obtain discounts on stress test services, physiotherapy, etc., such as those we already have available in The Triathlete's Club.
