ARTIEM HALF MENORCA opens registrations at a reduced price

The test opens registrations from 12:00

The Island of Menorca already warms up for the dispute of one of its most important tests, the ARTIEM HALF MENORCA.

The competition to be held on September 19 has 2 modalities to choose from, in addition to relay participation

  • Half: 1.9 km, 90 km and 21km
  • Shorts: 1 km, 34 km and 8 km.

The epicenter of the test will be the town of Fornells, a fishing village located in the north of the island, and where there is a beautiful traditional port and its bay where the swimming segment is done.

This area is ideal for a weekend getaway to enjoy the surroundings of the bay and its paradisiacal beaches.

Swimming takes place in the famous bay of Fornells, well known on the island and is practically closed, protected from the waves, which makes it ideal for swimming in a competition like this.

Cycling:

The cycling segment will have 3 laps of 27 kilometers completely closed to traffic

It will have an ascent with a maximum slope of 9,6% and a cumulative slope of 1.275 meters,

As for the running segment, it will be very fast, although it will have an incentive since you will have to ascend 3 times to the Torre de Fornells, one of the largest towers on the island and an emblematic point of the town and this trialton. .

ARTIEM HALF MENORCA 2021 opens registrations today March 15 from 12:00

It will do so with an opening promotional price that will increase as the registration closing date approaches.
