PTO Announces It Will Pay Maternity Leave To Its Athletes

A woman who is a mother will have the right to have up to 15 months of maternity leave

 The Professional Triathletes Organization (PTO) has announced that it will have a Maternity Policy for Professionals who are part of your organization.

According to the policy, a female PTO who competes at the Professional level will have the right to have up to 15 months of maternity leave, starting from the date of your pregnancy and ending six months after birth.

At the time of your pregnancy, your place in the PTO World Ranking will be fixed  And I will will make monthly payments based on 100% of the PTO Annual Bonus Plan in effect at that time.

For example, if it is classified in the 5 number of the world you would be entitled to a payment of $ 60,000 at the end of one year.

In case you want to have 15 full months of maternity leave, you will be paid $ 5,000 per month for 15 months from the date of your pregnancy, for a total of $ 75,000.

In addition to the Maternity policy, the PTO has adopted a Paternity Policy that allows PTO Professionals who become parents to have up to four months off , without affecting your PTO World Ranking and related Annual Bonus payment.
