FETRI Duathlon and Triathlon 2025 competition calendar

La Spanish Triathlon Federation (FETRI) has announced the calendar of national competitions for the 2025 season.

This year is full of various events that will travel throughout Spain, highlighting competitions in emblematic cities such as A Coruña, Águilas, Oropesa y Mérida.

The Spanish Championships in Olympic Distance and Sprint

El Spanish Triathlon Championship in Olympic distance will be held again in A Coruña on June 7 and 8, 2025.

This championship is one of the most anticipated on the calendar, and will serve as a qualifier for the European Youth Festival. that the qualifying triathlon will be held in Gijón May 24th.

On the other hand, Águilas will be the seat of Spanish Sprint Triathlon Championship on September 13 and 14.

The qualifier for this championship will be in Fuente Alamo, on April 26, opening the doors to new talents for this important competition.

Iberdrola League and National Club League

With regards to Iberdrola League and the National Club League, Roquetas de Mar will host the first days on May 10 and 11 with the celebration of the King's Cup and Queen's Cup Iberdrola Triathlon.

The calendar continues with a series of competitions throughout the year, including tests in Banyoles, which will take place on July 12 and 13.

Qualifiers and Duathlon

In addition to the main triathlon events, the season will also include qualifiers for the Spanish Duathlon Championship, to be held in Caceres on March 29 and 30

Places for this event will be contested in three qualifiers, scheduled in Soria (9 of February), Águilas (February 16), and Alcobendas (March 2).

As for the Middle Distance Duathlon, the Aragonese town of Graus will be the venue on March 1st.
