Luxury poster for the Garmin Barcelona Women's Triathlon

The organization of the Garmin Barcelona Triathlon, which in this edition will break the participation record with more than 6.000 athletes, has announced this Wednesday that in the elite women's category it will have a luxury poster both nationally and internationally.

A large part of the Spanish team will try to keep the victory at home, with the current champion of Spain and world 'Top15' Ainhoa ​​Murua at the helm – already qualified for the London 2012 Olympic Games – and the current runner-up of the event, Marina damlaimcourt. In addition, the appointment will include the young promises Anna Godoy, Carolina Routier and Saleta Castro.

However, the great favorite will be the winner of the last two editions, the British Jodie Stimpson, who is also the current team world champion. She will have to compete with other World Series triathletes such as the German Ricarda Lisk or the Danish Helle Fredericksen and Michelle Vesterby.
