Challenge Peguera Mallorca hangs the entire poster in its sixth edition
1100 participants in the main test and more than 900 in parallel activities
With less than a month to go until the sixth edition of Challenge Peguera Mallorca, the international middle-distance triathlon event held in Calvià (Peguera), Mallorca, on October 19, the full poster.
Por third consecutive year The event manages to complete the sale of all its inscriptions in the main event, with 1100 participants, endorsing this success in the participation of international triathletes that represent about 87% of the total in the test.
Forty nationalities will be represented at CHMALLORCA19, including some as far away as Japan, New Zealand, Kuwait, Brazil or the United States.
Who will stand out in CHMALLORCA19?
The test presents the best cast of professional triathletes of all its editions, counting both female and male categories with the dominating people of the international medium distance circuit.
In the female category they stand out Radka Kahlefeldt (CZE), the most fit athlete in Europe at the moment, who shows up in Peguera after counting by victories or podiums all the races she has participated in this year.
They emphasize their first positions in the IM 70.3 of Geelong 19, Challenge Walchsee 19 (Austria) or Challenge Davos 19 (Switzerland). It will have as main rivals to the British Fenella Langridge and the Spanish Judith Corachan.
Fenella Langridge, Winner of the IM 70.3 Barcelona 19, second in the IM 70.3 European Championship, it is presented in Peguera as a serious option for victory. In his participation last year in Peguera, he already showed that the swimming and bicycle paths of this test are perfectly adapted to his qualities, he dominated them from start to finish, although he lost the option of victory in the foot race.
As for the Judith Corachán, his first participation in Challenge Peguera Mallorca was also his first victory in the test. The Catalan, is presented in CHMALORCA after winning the hard triathlon Enbrunman 19 (France) and the Challenge Salou 19. Judith intends to become the first person to get two wins in CHMALLORCA.

The test features some of the most representative local triathletes of the Balearic scene, highlighting three, Joan Nadal, Miguel Ángel Fidalgo o Xesc Artigues.
Llucmajor triathlete Joan Nadal, who a few days ago entered the professional field of Challenge with an 2º place in Challenge Madrid (long distance) will be one of the local bets to be up.
Miguel Ángel Fidalgo one of the absolute dominators in the last years of the triathlon in the Balearic circuit and second in Challenge Mallorca 2015 also intends to value his great state of form.
Finally, Xesc Artigues, a regular of the circuit that arrives in CHMALLROCA after getting into the TOP 10 of ChMadrid.
Much more than a triathlon
Challenge Peguera Mallorca is a sports project with a clear objective of dealing with tourist seasonality.
