Challenge Salou 2020 canceled

Just one month after the CHALLENGES SALOU 2020, the organization announces the definitive cancellation of this edition.

A decision that has been made after analyzing all the circumstances and seeing the impossibility of being able to carry out this important event with all the guarantees.

 In the current context, it has been observed that you couldn't go ahead with the 2020 edition.

According to the organization, an event with circuit restrictions, without an audience, without parallel activities, without ceremonies, would become too different a show. It is a difficult decision, but also the most responsible and sensible.

We are happy that CHALLENGESALOU offers very fair cancellation options, especially taking into account the moment in which the cancellation occurs".

 Jort wants to thank the human team of CHALLENGESALOU, the city, the government team and the sponsors, for the effort made until the last minute to be able to celebrate this triathlon event.

He also wants to thank the athletes for trusting with the CHALLENGE franchise, looking forward to seeing them again in Salou on October 2/3, 2021.

 CHALLENGESALOU recognizes the confidence of the people who had planned to participate this year and apologizes for all the changes that have occurred in recent months due to the health crisis.
