Technical supplementation talk for the KM0 Triathlon

On the afternoon of yesterday, the Technical Supplementation Conference took place. InfiSport taught in Triathlon Store in order to clarify and specify the importance of adequate supplementation in a Long Distance.

We have a great participation of triathletes, who with their questions and concerns entertained the afternoon.

In the talk was present Felipe Gutierrez, technical director of Triathlon Madrid KM0, where he made his philosophy clear: "The idea is to make a triathlon for the triathletes". His closeness and complicity was key for all attendees.

David Garcia, KM0 technical sub-direction, intervened with an exhibition on the route in which he described KM0 as a different triathlon: "We do not add kilometers, we subtract them", the beauty of this triathlon is reaching the door of the Sun, km0 of the capital.

José Luis, Sports Director of InfiSport and expert nutritionist, gave a magnificent presentation on technical supplementation in sports. He insisted on the importance of adequate hydration to avoid the decrease in performance and the risk of contractures.
