Clemente Alonso, winner of the Extreme Man 113 Menorca triathlon
The triathlete Clemente Alonso has won the second edition of the Triathlon Extreme Man 113 Menorca with a time of 3 hours, 53 minutes, 20 seconds, ahead of José Manuel Tovar, who has needed 3 minutes and 20 seconds more than the winner to complete the test circuit. Third on the podium was Xavi Llobet, with a time of 4 hours and 36 seconds.
Alonso already won last year's Extreme Man Menorca edition, but this time it took him less time to complete the 2010 test, when he covered the route in just over four hours.
The best from Menorca was again Juli Martí, in eighth position, with a time of 4 hours, 19 minutes and one second.
A total of 397 athletes from more than 10 countries have participated today in the second edition of the Extreme Man 113 Menorca Triathlon held in Fornells, with a notable increase in the number of triathletes who participated in last year's test, which was 290 .
