
Yesterday the men's event of the USOpen, Part of PTO Tour with many of the best triathletes in the specialty.
The test was held under the distance of 100 km (2.000m swim, 80km bike ride, and 18km run)
Aaron Royle was first out of the water at 26:38 along with Sam Laidlow, Ben Kanute and Daniel Baekkegard.
Behind Magnus Ditlev started with 1:10 in 29th place and Lionel Sanders with 2:37, just ahead of Sam long.
On the first lap of the cycling segment, Sam Laidlow led the front pack of 13 athletes with Kanute, Florian Angert, Baekkegard and Kyle Smith.
During the second lap, Laidlow dug in to create a lead, and Angert was the only athlete to respond. The pair had a 20-second lead at the end of the lap, while Sam Long was now 1:56 behind.
In the passage through the 40 km of cycling Laidlow and Angryrt were 1:17 ahead of the chasing group and Long was already behind, ahead of Ditlev and Sanders at 1:37 from the lead.
Angert was the first to reach T2 with a 59-second advantage over Long and Ditlev and 1:10 over Sam Laidlow and Collin Chartier.
In the foot race, Long caught up with Angert at kilometer 3. At kilometer 3, Long led Ditlev by 16 seconds and Chartier by 20, who had been climbing from behind.
In the 13 kilometer Collin Chartier He caught up with Long to go solo and win the race.
He did it with a time of 3:17:17 followed by Magnus ditlev (3: 17: 59) and for Sam long (3: 18: 09)
In Spanish Pablo Dapena he was 10th in the test,
